ABOUT DELIVERY

a. What are your mode of deliveries?
We shipped out all our orders via our partner courier DPX and LBC.

b. How much is the shipping fee?
Door to door Metro Manila starts at P100 (within 3kgs)
Door to door Provincial / LBC Branch Pick up starts at P280 (within 3kgs) 

Note:
- Shipping fee is inclusive of fixed 20 pesos handling fee used for packing miscellaneous fee.
Shipping fee is still subject to change depending on the item or total order. Additional shipping fee may be asked for bulky items / parcels.

c. How long does local delivery take?
It usually takes 1-3 days within Metro Manila, 3-5 Days for provincials.

d. Do you do meetups?
We do, but due to COVID-19 we temporarily put it on hold for the safety of everyone.

e. Do you have same day delivery?
Grab / Lalamove is currently unavailable to limit contacts from different riders - due to COVID-19 spike cases.
Same day delivery will be limited to bulk orders only (more than 10pcs above)

f. Can I combined my orders?
Combining shipping will only be allowed for same items / same batch arrival.

g. Can I pay my shipping fee upon arrival of items at your place?
Full payment is required (Item Total + Local Shipping Fee) on or before the payment deadline.

In some cases that there will be an increase in shipping fee due to volumetric weight / bulkiness, our team will contact you once the rider have finalized the charges. (this is mostly on provincial area as LBC is strict in terms of rates)

h. Can I change my shipping details?
In case, you need to change your shipping address / contact number, please inform us beforehand to avoid shipping problems. Please fill out bit.ly/KCPHCONSIGNEE to update your shipping details. 

i. How will I know if you have shipped my order?
Compared to our previous site which we update the tracking numbers on our masterlist. This time, we will update your order with tracking numbers on site and you will receive an Shipped Out Notice via Email.
