We accept BDO (OTC or Online banking), BPI (OTC or online banking), GCASH, Paymaya and Paypal.
Palawan Pera Padala & LBC Pera Padala is currently unavailable due to COVID-19 cases.
b. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Sorry but we don't accept COD here in our site. but we accept COD in our Shopee.
c. I can't transfer to your GCASH account (Monthly Incoming Limit Exceeded)
Apologies, for now we only have 1 GCASH Account. Once it gets full, kindly use GCash - Send to Bank (preferably BDO). Transaction fee is 15 Pesos.
d. Where should I send my proof of payment?
Once Payment is made, kindly fill out our payment form for us to record your payment.
e. Is my payment confirmed?
We will be updating your order status in our site (whether unpaid, partially paid, fully paid) and you will also receive a payment confirmation receipt via email.
f. I can't pay within the deadline, can I ask for payment extensions? will there be a late fee?
Yes, we accept payment extension. Just let us know ahead of time, so your slots won't be reopened.
Your confirmation is already much appreciated, we don't charge late fees as long as the order is not cancel.
g. I would like to cancel my order, is there a cancellation fee?
If buyer will cancel his / her order, due to change of mind or personal reasons, this will be only allowed within the DOO period. Buyer should inform us immediately about this cancellation and there will be no cancellation fees.
If buyer will cancel after we ordered to our respective suppliers, cancellation fee is P150 per item.
