a. Are your products official?
We assure you that what we sell are all 100% official and sealed from South Korea.

b. Will my album purchase in your shop be reflected on charts?
Yes, our Korean suppliers are affiliates of Hanteo and Gaon charts.

c. Is the preorder benefits secured?
We do order within the preorder period to secure the benefits like official posters and pob gifts. 

But there are some times that pob gifts rans out of stock quickly, and we failed to secure everything, in this case, we will contact our buyers immediately for his / her decision. 

d. When is the ETA when I order?
Group preorder usually takes 3-4 weeks to arrive in PH from the ship out date / departure from South Korea.

e. How do I know if the product posted is preorder or already onhand?
All items posted on this site is for preorder unless stated as onhand.
